It's Monday again!! Time for a new meal plan. Here is what I have decided upon for the week ahead. Always subject to change of course, depending on moods, and life happening around us.

MONDAY: Rotisserie Chicken & Rice with another veggie
TUESDAY: Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and one other veggie
WEDNESDAY: Seasoned Pork Ribs with Mac & Cheese and another veggie
THURSDAY: Sloppy Joes with Fries or Chips
FRIDAY: Kid's Choice (AKA Leftovers or what ever needs to be cooked at the end of the week)
If anyone else has anything good planned please do share, I am always looking for ideas.
